Job Summary

This role involves managing the technical facility operations of a data center in Frankfurt am Main, serving as the central point of contact for the client regarding all building management services. The Data Center Facility Manager will be responsible for leading a team of in-house technicians and external subcontractors, ensuring all maintenance, inspection, and repair work adheres to strict standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, ensuring compliance with legal and technical regulations (including safety and fire protection), and conducting risk management. The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Facility Management) and possesses significant professional experience in technical building management, ideally within a data center environment, coupled with proven leadership experience.
