Job Summary
This challenging role as an HR Manager involves taking overall responsibility for the personnel and payroll administration of an industrial company's Swiss subsidiary in the Zurich wine region. Day-to-day tasks include handling all social insurance matters, maintaining contact with local authorities, and providing expert advice to both management and staff on a wide range of HR topics. A core function involves steering the end-to-end recruitment process, managing time and absence tracking, and actively contributing to the development and promotion of talent management strategies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring apprentices and generating crucial HR metrics, reports, and statistics. This position is ideal for an organized, resilient, and dynamic HR professional seeking professional growth in a harmonious environment, provided they possess the required commercial education, advanced HR qualification, and fluency in German, coupled with good English and French skills.
Required Skills
Education
Commercial basic education combined with further education at the level of a Business Administration degree or HR Specialist certification.
