This role seeks an expert Hardware Architect to drive future-proof innovations within radio and antenna systems for a leading provider of maritime communication solutions. The architect will be responsible for evaluating cutting-edge technologies for future applications, formulating detailed development requirements, and subsequently designing robust hardware architectures based on these specifications. A key component of the role is engaging with the international scientific community, participating in relevant conferences and project meetings. Success in this position requires a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field, coupled with a deep technical understanding of hardware architectures and proven experience in designing complex radio and ideally, antenna systems.
