Job Summary

This role as an Electrical Design Engineer involves the independent and timely electrical design of complex new systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards, P&ID schemes, and ATEX regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include the creation and rigorous checking of electrical and pneumatic circuit diagrams using ePlan P8, selecting appropriate sensors and actuators, and performing critical safety documentation like CE risk analyses and Exi circuit calculations. You will act as a key technical contact, providing specialized electrical support to customers, sales, and assembly teams, and managing the specification and calculation of electrical components. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as a state-certified Electrical Engineering Technician and brings practical experience in design using ePlan P8, coupled with fundamental knowledge of ATEX and pneumatic technologies.
