The specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of IT systems, including hardware, software, and process optimization. A core function involves the administration and continuous improvement of the JTL-Wawi Enterprise Resource Planning system and the associated JTL-Shop. Crucially, the role drives digital innovation by integrating AI solutions into key business areas such as ticketing (Greyhound), telephony, email, and the corporate website. Beyond system administration, the position includes hands-on tasks like website maintenance (Joomla), SEO optimization, Google Ads management, and online marketing via platforms like Ebay. Uniquely, the role also requires practical repair and maintenance of the company's e-scooters and e-motorcycles, blending IT expertise with technical product knowledge and customer consultation.
