The successful candidate will be instrumental in observing and evaluating market developments in private investment, capital markets, and retirement products. Day-to-day activities include the professional development of consulting services, creating informative materials like presentations and webinars, and actively shaping consumer political positions to represent the organization externally. A key responsibility involves reviewing general terms and conditions and business conduct, leading to the initiation of collective legal actions in collaboration with specialized departments. Candidates must possess a scientific university degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration, coupled with robust, proven knowledge in financial planning and capital markets. Required Skills

Education

Completed scientific university degree (State Examination, University Diploma, Master's, Magister) in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or Commercial Law.

Experience
