Job Summary

This role is for a Chemical Technician specializing in monitoring and managing wet-chemical pretreatment processes essential for high-quality powder coating results at a globally leading agricultural machinery manufacturer in Schwandorf. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the continuous monitoring and control of all parameters within the pretreatment process, performing rigorous quality checks, overseeing the operational status of the plant, and accurately documenting all procedures. The technician is also responsible for the operation and control of dosing technology to ensure smooth operational sequences. The ideal candidate must have completed professional training as a Chemical Technician, Chemical Operator, or Process Mechanic for Coating Technology. While experience in wastewater technology or wet-chemical pretreatment is highly desirable, a strong technical understanding and manual dexterity are essential. This position offers a permanent contract, above-average pay (€20.82/hour), attractive bonuses, and the potential for direct permanent employment with the client.
