Job Summary

This role involves working as a Measurement Technology Engineer for Airbus Aerostructures in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, focusing on defining and implementing precise measurement strategies within the aerospace manufacturing environment. Day-to-day tasks include processing 3D CAD models, programming automated measurement control sequences, and conducting detailed measurements. You will be responsible for the evaluation, analysis, and visualization of measurement data, as well as identifying the root causes of errors and coordinating corrective actions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Measurement Technology) and possesses multiple years of experience in Jigs & Tools and Measurement Technology. Strong knowledge of 3D measurement procedures, coordinate measuring machines, and specialized software like Spatial Analyzer or Polyworks is essential. Fluency in German and intermediate English skills are required, along with a willingness to work in a 2-shift system, making this an attractive position for specialized engineers seeking a permanent contract in the high-tech aviation sector.
