Job Summary

This critical role involves providing technical leadership and coordination for the electrical operational organization at Airbus Aerostructures in Nordenham. The specialist will be responsible for the technical management and continuous development of the electrical organization, including the formal appointment and supervision of qualified electrical personnel (EFK, AV, EuP). Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed hazard assessments according to the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG), and extensive maintenance coordination duties. These coordination tasks encompass defining external service specifications, selecting suppliers, obtaining quotes, and developing necessary renovation plans. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Electrical Engineering (Technician/Specialist or degree level) and over four years of professional experience in the field, coupled with initial leadership skills and proficiency in SAP PM. The position offers a competitive salary (€66,300 - €77,500 gross/year), a 35-hour work week, and a high chance of transition to a permanent contract with Airbus.
