Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking full responsibility for the operational and commercial management of multiple adult education sites across the Southern Lower Saxony region (including Hannover, Braunschweig, and others). The Head of Site Development will be crucial in organizing, building, and steering educational measures and projects while ensuring strict adherence to planned budgets and quality standards. Daily tasks include coordinating and leading a team of approximately 45 employees, managing personnel deployment, and handling the selection and onboarding of new staff. Furthermore, the role requires active networking, maintaining strong relationships with contracting authorities, and acquiring new participants for projects. Candidates must bring proven leadership experience, a strong organizational talent, and a background in relevant fields such as Psychology, Pedagogy, or Business Administration, coupled with familiarity with German labor market services (SGB II and SGB III).
