Job Summary

This role supports the Warm Flat Plant Technology department at Salzgitter Flachstahl GmbH, a major steel subsidiary focused on high-quality flat steel products. The primary focus is ensuring operational continuity by analyzing and resolving complex faults and malfunctions within large production plants. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing, conducting, and coordinating essential maintenance and project work, optimizing existing processes and plant technology, and managing the spare parts inventory efficiently. The technician is also responsible for coordinating external contractors and diligently maintaining plant documentation. This position requires a qualified Electrical Engineering Technician with practical experience in automation and control systems.
