Job Summary

This role seeks a Resident Physician or Specialist Physician in Anesthesiology to join a 350-bed general care hospital in the Ludwigsburg region. The successful candidate will be integrated into the Center for Anesthesiology, Intensive Care Medicine, and Emergency Medicine, which manages over 7,000 patients annually across eight operating rooms, specializing in high volumes of ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive patient care in both ambulatory and inpatient settings, rotating through all core departmental areas, and maintaining strong interdisciplinary collaboration with other hospital departments. The position offers full authorization for specialist training in Anesthesiology and the possibility of obtaining additional qualifications in Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine. Key requirements include professional experience in Anesthesiology, a motivated and flexible personality, and strong teamwork skills. Candidates must hold the German Medical License (Approbation) and possess fluent German language skills (minimum B2 level) to ensure effective communication in this critical medical environment.
