Job Summary

This role offers the chance to significantly contribute to the energy transition by joining a sustainable regional energy provider established in 1898. As an IT Business Architect, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the architecture landscape, focusing heavily on SAP systems including SAP IS-U, S/4 HANA Utilities, and SAP BTP, across both Cloud and On-Premise environments. Day-to-day tasks involve independently coordinating and presenting decision proposals for solution designs and target architectures, identifying solution gaps, and ensuring robust documentation using established IT Architecture Management methodologies. You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects and IT Business Partners, and advise IT leadership and various business departments. Success requires a Master's degree or extensive relevant experience, coupled with several years of expertise in the SAP Utilities sector and strong knowledge of software development and application integration in the cloud. The position demands high methodological competence in Architecture, Project, Process, and Data Management, along with excellent communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
