Job Summary

The Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt, an innovative state university focused on future market demands, is seeking an engaged IT Service Specialist to join their IT Service department. This role is crucial for maintaining and administering the university's core IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating and administering the central Client Management Platform, managing the rollout and support for PC pools and individual workstations, and overseeing user account administration via the Identity Management System (IDM). The specialist will also handle the technical administration of central printing systems and the Certification Authority (PKI). Candidates should possess a relevant IT education, strong expertise in Microsoft environments, and proven experience with Windows and Linux client operating systems.
