Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity for an Onsite Support Technician to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting major German corporations. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on providing direct IT support, including performing IMAC services (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), troubleshooting end-user workstations, and managing IT assets. You will be responsible for the setup and dismantling of workplaces, handling ticket processing, and managing the inventory, imaging, and deletion of notebooks and mobile devices. A key requirement is a completed vocational qualification in IT, coupled with initial professional experience in onsite support and utilizing ticketing systems. The position offers a permanent contract and strong chances for direct employment with the client, but requires flexibility to work in rotating early and late shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, demanding a high degree of reliability and solution orientation.

Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Initial experience in Onsite Support
- Initial experience using ticketing systems
