Job Summary
This role involves serving as a key Service Technician specializing in cashless payment and point-of-sale (POS) systems across South Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of hardware and software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing customer networks and systems. A critical component is providing comprehensive training and instruction to system users and offering ongoing customer support for all payment solutions. To succeed, candidates must possess vocational training in Information Electronics or a related technical field, coupled with several years of experience in customer service, strong technical skills in electronics, operating systems, and networking, and a highly autonomous work style.
