Job Summary

This challenging role focuses on the management and supervision of multi-utility grid connection projects, primarily involving Medium and Low Voltage systems (electricity, gas, and water). The Technical Manager will be responsible for evaluating connection requests for technical feasibility, network load, and protection concepts. Daily duties include coordinating complex Medium Voltage construction sites, ranging from transformer stations and switchgear to network expansions. You will act as the central interface between customers, installers, planners, and internal technical departments. Key responsibilities also encompass creating or reviewing switching instructions, ensuring strict adherence to the 5 Safety Rules, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation using systems like kVASy and GIS. The ideal candidate possesses a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering or Gas/Water Installation, coupled with expertise in relevant industry standards (DIN/VDE, TAB, DVGW).
