Job Summary

Join a leading, independent service provider in the renewable energy sector, ENERTRAG Service, dedicated to achieving 100% fossil-free energy. This role, based in Lübeck, Prenzlau, or remotely, focuses on providing advanced technical support for Vestas wind turbines across Germany and Europe. The specialist will develop custom solutions for complex issues beyond the scope of 1st-level technicians, guide field service staff through troubleshooting, and initiate corrective actions. A core part of the job involves process improvement, including creating and optimizing technical work instructions and maintenance protocols, and refining defect reporting forms for quotation and order creation. The ideal candidate must have a completed technical qualification (electrical, mechanical, or technical) and proven professional experience in fault clearance on Vestas systems, coupled with strong German and English language skills.
