Job Summary

This role involves working as a Production Operator within the Bulk and Recombinant Value Stream in Marburg, focusing on manufacturing final plasma products and preparing them for filling. Day-to-day tasks include preparing, executing, monitoring, and documenting complex processes like precipitation, adsorption, pasteurization, ultrafiltration, and chromatography. The operator will be responsible for running complex machinery, operating process control systems, performing in-process controls (e.g., pH and conductivity measurement), and managing process orders in SAP and LIMS. The ideal candidate must have a completed 2-year vocational qualification in chemical production or biological manufacturing, possess strong initiative, be team-oriented, and be fully committed to working in rotating shift systems, including nights, weekends, and holidays, within a highly modernized, high-tech environment.
