Job Summary

This role seeks a reliable Chemical Technician to join a dynamic manufacturing environment in Darmstadt, focusing on the production, processing, and packaging of polymers. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing manual production tasks and necessary cleaning activities within a cleanroom, alongside the meticulous assembly and disassembly of plant components. A critical aspect of the job is comprehensive documentation, including batch protocols and manufacturing parameters, and performing in-process control analyses to monitor the production flow. The candidate is expected to adhere strictly to quality guidelines, including IPEC-GMP conformity, plant safety, and environmental protection standards. Required qualifications include a successfully completed education in the chemical field and long-term professional experience in the chemical industry. Candidates must also possess good process and plant engineering knowledge, along with foundational experience in GMP production and relevant ISO norms (9001, 15001, 13485).
