Job Summary
This role involves leading the entire apprenticeship program at the Linz location, focusing on both technical and commercial apprentices. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision and training of apprentices in electronics, working alongside the existing trainer. Key duties include developing and expanding the apprenticeship training, planning and executing training schedules, projects, and internal courses, and assessing learning progress through feedback and development discussions. The position also requires active participation in recruitment, organizing school excursions, and coordinating apprentice supervisors across rotations to continuously improve training quality. Ideal candidates possess a technical background in electrical engineering or mechatronics, combined with strong pedagogical skills, leadership competence, and a passion for technology and education.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics (Apprenticeship, Technical School, or HTL equivalent)
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics
- Experience in training, mentoring, or leading apprentices/trainees
- Ideally, knowledge or affinity for software/programming languages
