Job Summary

This role supports the chemical-physical laboratory by ensuring smooth and high-quality in-process controls crucial for the production of food products. The technician will be responsible for checking and releasing products during the ongoing process, performing various chemical and physical tests on both semi-finished and finished goods, and independently drawing necessary product samples from the production line. A core function is quality assurance, involving the autonomous release or blocking of products based on test results. Candidates should ideally possess training or experience in the food science or chemistry sectors, though relevant laboratory experience is also highly valued. Essential requirements include accuracy, reliability, teamwork capabilities, and basic PC proficiency.
