Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive on-site support for KESSEL's market-leading drainage technology systems. Your daily tasks will include instructing customers on system operation, performing initial setups and functional tests, diagnosing and resolving malfunctions, and advising clients on optimal system use and maintenance. You will also conduct routine maintenance, replace wear parts to ensure system reliability, and manage your own spare parts inventory. This role requires a strong customer focus, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently, ensuring efficient and reliable service for clients in the Ingolstadt/Nuremberg region.
