Job Summary

This role, based in Munich or Nuremberg, involves serving as a (Junior) Construction Supervisor for Electrical Engineering projects within critical railway infrastructure for DB InfraGO AG. The successful candidate will manage construction sites from the tendering phase through final acceptance, ensuring professional implementation, adherence to quality standards, and timely completion. Key responsibilities include leading on-site coordination of contractors, rigorously enforcing safety regulations (operational and occupational), and supporting project management with technical insight, including creating specifications and managing tenders. You will actively contribute to cost and schedule certainty by analyzing construction processes and controlling documentation, including digital site diaries. This position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and participation in the specialized Railway Construction Supervisor training, offering the chance to work on some of Germany's largest and most vital infrastructure projects while securing a permanent contract.
