Job Summary

This dynamic role involves comprehensive HR administration and coordination within a leading international technical industry company based in Zurich East, offering flexible working conditions including 2 days of home office. The HR Coordinator will manage the full spectrum of personnel administration (A-Z), support HR Managers across various business units, and assist with recruiting activities and personnel master data management. A key part of the role includes contributing to Compensation & Benefits, organizing company events, and maintaining the internal time tracking system and the HR department's intranet. This position is highly dynamic, requiring participation in, and potentially leading, various HR projects focused on optimizing internal processes. Candidates should possess a commercial background combined with an HR Specialist certification, coupled with several years of relevant experience, ideally within a large, international industrial setting. Success in this role requires fluent German and very good English skills, along with proficiency in SAP (HCM) or Success Factors.

Commercial basic education (Kaufmännische Grundausbildung) combined with an HR Assistant or HR Specialist certification
