Job Summary

This crucial role involves advancing the digitalization and data exchange infrastructure within the German statutory health insurance system. The specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining data exchange procedures with various healthcare providers, including physicians' associations and pharmacies. A core focus is contributing to the technical development and implementation of key digital health applications, such as the electronic sick note, e-prescriptions, and Digital Health Applications (DiGA). Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the quality and provision of health data for purposes like efficiency audits, conducting data preparation, analysis, and evaluation, and coordinating the association's activities related to telematics and digitalization. The successful candidate must hold a completed degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, or a comparable field with a strong focus on data analysis and data management. Ideally, candidates possess knowledge of German statutory health insurance law and healthcare telematics, coupled with strong analytical skills and initiative, to effectively shape a high-performing healthcare system.
