Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Team Lead Data Management to spearhead the strategic development and operational oversight of the data management function at VR-Bank Ludwigsburg, one of the largest cooperative banks in Baden-Württemberg. You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Data Management group, including its continuous expansion. Day-to-day activities involve steering data processes, analyzing and prioritizing requirements, and strategically aligning the internal data strategy, particularly concerning the Data Warehouse. A core focus is ensuring continuous data quality optimization and strict adherence to regulatory requirements like DORA and GDPR. Candidates should possess a relevant degree (e.g., Business Informatics or Banking qualification) and multi-year experience in data management and quality assurance. This position offers significant creative freedom and a central role in shaping the bank's future data strategy.
