Job Summary

This role involves leading, planning, and managing internal SAP projects, ensuring adherence to project goals, budgets, timelines, and quality standards from requirements analysis through successful implementation. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with business departments to analyze, optimize, and develop existing business processes, translating functional requirements into robust SAP solutions. Key responsibilities include customizing and cross-module integration within the SAP system landscape, coordinating internal teams and external service providers, and ensuring effective communication between IT and business units. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in relevant fields (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration), proven professional experience in leading SAP projects (partial or overall responsibility), and expertise in SAP S/4HANA and current SAP technologies, coupled with deep knowledge in at least one core SAP module (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM). Strong analytical skills, process orientation, and fluency in both German and English are essential for success.
