Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious IT Support Specialist focused on elevating customer technology solutions. The core responsibility involves delivering professional 1st and 2nd Level Support, addressing technical inquiries, and resolving disruptions across diverse IT systems via telephone, email, and ticketing systems. A significant part of the daily work includes the analysis and troubleshooting of complex IT system failures. Furthermore, the specialist will collaborate on the administration of Microsoft products, Windows, and Linux/Unix environments, and provide crucial technical support for SAP applications within the scope of system administration. To succeed, candidates must hold a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or a comparable field, coupled with practical experience in System Administration and SAP support. The position requires strong customer orientation, team spirit, and good proficiency in both German and English, offering the stability of an unlimited contract and flexibility through mobile working options.
