Job Summary

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Technician to head a small Electrical Design team within a traditional machinery and plant construction company, specializing in solutions for the food and confectionery industry. The Head of Electrical Design will oversee the efficient management of construction projects, focusing on costs, deadlines, and capacity planning. Key responsibilities include leading the team, optimizing existing design solutions, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers. A critical component of the role is integrating process engineering aspects to ensure precise and economic implementation of customer requirements. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a certified Technician qualification, several years of relevant electrical design experience, and proficiency with specific design software like EPLAN P8 and/or ELCAD.
