Job Summary

This role as an IT Systems Administrator places you centrally within the IT department, focusing on strengthening user support and ensuring smooth operational flow. Day-to-day responsibilities include active participation in user support, maintaining and developing critical security systems, monitoring IT infrastructure and server landscapes, and performing rapid error diagnosis and resolution. You will also manage user accounts and access rights, create precise documentation and user guides, conduct security checks, plan backup and recovery strategies, and train end-users on effective system usage, alongside updating operating systems and installing new software. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (or a comparable qualification), possesses hands-on experience with Active Directory and networked IT systems, and demonstrates strong service orientation and excellent problem-solving skills.
