Job Summary
This role seeks an engaged Helpdesk Agent or IT Support Specialist ready to provide first-class technical support within a dynamic team environment. The core responsibilities involve delivering First Level Support, both telephonically and on-site, specifically focusing on the Windows ecosystem. Daily tasks include comprehensive ticket management—creation, classification, tracking, and maintenance—as well as configuring Windows clients and managing Active Directory (AD). The agent will also be responsible for setting up new workstations and performing hardware checks. To succeed, candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT System Integration or substantial professional experience in the field, coupled with fundamental knowledge of Windows environments. Experience with tools like Microsoft Teams, TeamViewer, and Microsoft Remote Access is beneficial.
