Job Summary

This senior leadership role requires a Head of Department to oversee Power Systems Digitalization, specifically managing the Asset Management (AM) and Digital System Operation (DSO) departments. The successful candidate will lead approximately 75 employees across sites in Arnhem, Netherlands, and Dresden, Germany, including managing six direct reports. Key responsibilities involve strategic resource planning, close collaboration with business development and project management teams, and the crucial development and implementation of data-driven solutions aimed at extending the lifespan of energy assets, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable energy supply amidst complex grid requirements. This position is ideal for a proven leader with a background in the power transmission and distribution sectors, capable of driving digital transformation and maintaining excellent customer relations. A minimum of five years of experience leading remote and interdisciplinary teams is mandatory, alongside a university degree in a relevant technical or business field and fluent English communication skills.
