Job Summary

This role is centered on driving technological advancement by managing complex projects within the renewable energy sector. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the successful achievement of goals related to planning, manufacturing, and commissioning. Daily tasks involve rigorous adherence to targets concerning safety, quality, time, and cost, alongside ensuring full compliance with all necessary permits, regulations, specifications, and contractual agreements. A core responsibility is proactive risk management, including identifying potential risks, analyzing their impact, and implementing effective mitigation plans. Candidates must possess a completed university degree in Engineering, Geography, or a comparable field, supplemented by specific project management qualifications. Proficiency in document management systems and strong communication skills are essential, as are fluent written and spoken abilities in both German and English.
