Job Summary

This role involves the technical planning and development of medium and high-voltage technology components and systems, such as transformers, substations, switchgear, and protective technology. The engineer will coordinate projects related to power and grid planning, potentially within the railway sector, and provide expert consultation on energy technology and electrical components. Key daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, creating comprehensive technical documentation, specifications, and tender documents, and managing offer calculations and order processing, including direct customer communication. Candidates must hold a degree in Energy Technology or Electrical Engineering and possess initial experience in energy system planning. Fluency in both German and English is required, along with proficiency in relevant simulation tools like PowerFactory or similar applications.
