Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, installation, and routine maintenance of critical infrastructure such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), sanitary, and electrical systems. A core focus is on conducting regular fault diagnoses, performing necessary repairs, and proactively optimizing energy consumption through the implementation of energy-saving measures. The role requires meticulous technical documentation and adherence to all relevant safety and environmental regulations, including proficiency in fire protection techniques. Candidates must possess an advanced technical qualification in Building Services Engineering and demonstrable knowledge of CAD software.
