Job Summary

This challenging and varied role involves managing and expanding the complete ICT infrastructure for a renowned healthcare company based in Zurich-East. You will be a key player, responsible for the support and engineering of complex Client and Server environments, with a strong focus on Citrix-based systems. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining peripheral and specialized medical devices, managing network and security aspects across the headquarters and various satellite practices, and ensuring smooth ICT operations through remote and occasional on-site support. A critical component of this position is the coordination and monitoring of services provided by external partners, including managing SLAs and contracts, as well as leading innovative ICT projects in collaboration with the outsourcing partner. To succeed, you must bring a solid IT background and excellent communication skills in both German and English. Education

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence - EFZ)

Experience

  • Professional experience in a comparable ICT System Administrator or Service Manager role
  • Experience in coordinating external partners, including managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contracts
