Job Summary

This role is for a Specialist Electrical Engineer specializing in Technical Building Equipment (TGA/MEP) to join a leading German engineering consultancy focusing on innovative and sustainable solutions for large-scale, complex projects in major metropolitan areas (Dresden, Leipzig, or Berlin). Day-to-day responsibilities involve the comprehensive planning of electrical systems for various building types, covering all phases of the HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers). This includes performing necessary calculations, designing building service components, and accurately determining quantities for service specifications. The engineer will act as the primary on-site contact person for construction projects, maintaining close coordination with all stakeholders until turnkey acceptance. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering and several years of professional experience, specifically in planning heavy or low-voltage systems. Proficiency in 3D modeling, BIM, CAD, and engineering calculation software is required, alongside fluent German language skills.
