This role seeks an experienced Project Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering within the Technical Building Services (TGA/MEP) sector. Operating across Dresden, Leipzig, or Berlin, you will be instrumental in coordinating large-scale industrial and public construction projects through all phases of the HOAI (German engineering fee structure). Key responsibilities include the specialized project planning of high and low voltage systems, professional client management (acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships), and the creation of fee proposals. You will also provide technical leadership to agile project teams and collaborate directly with senior management. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, possesses significant project management experience in this field, and is proficient in CAD and calculation software.
