Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Technician specializing in Process Control Systems, particularly Siemens PCS 7, to join a dynamic technology team. The core responsibilities involve the planning, processing, and programming of complex PLC and visualization systems for large industrial plants and specialized machinery, including those used by thyssenkrupp. You will be instrumental in creating and maintaining comprehensive system documentation, clarifying technical feasibility requirements, and collaborating closely with project management to find robust solutions. Furthermore, you will conduct essential function tests and provide specialized customer training and consultation. A key requirement is the readiness for worldwide and unrestricted service and commissioning deployments, involving approximately 10-20% international travel. Ideal candidates must possess a background as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering or equivalent, coupled with multi-year experience in Siemens S7, WinCC, TIA-Portal, and specific expertise in Siemens PCS 7. Excellent German and good English skills are prerequisites for this globally focused role.
