Job Summary

As a First and Second-Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of customer incidents, from initial acceptance and validation to resolution and documentation within the ticketing system. You will serve as the key contact for customer inquiries and actively support projects involving data cleansing and error analysis. Key qualifications include vocational training or a degree in IT or a related technical field, coupled with initial practical experience in administration. The position requires fluent German and intermediate English skills.
