Job Summary

This specialist role is critical for maintaining the seamless operation of the client's IT infrastructure by handling and resolving complex issues escalated from the 2nd-Level Support team. Day-to-day responsibilities include the detailed analysis and resolution of incoming fault reports, ensuring system stability, and managing operating systems. Key technical duties involve the installation, configuration, and administration of servers and applications, alongside providing essential support for system maintenance, backups, and necessary system adjustments. The ideal candidate must possess an educational background in IT (either vocational training or a related degree) and bring in-depth professional experience in IT administration and support. Experience in database programming is also a specific requirement.
