This role involves driving technological advancement by developing and implementing innovative application solutions in the field of Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) for both existing and new global clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research and development, implementing solutions in collaboration with customers worldwide, and assisting in the development of new systems, including necessary documentation. The successful candidate will also provide expert consulting and support during process demonstrations, both in the lab and on-site, and contribute to the local process support team. Key qualifications include a degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering, professional experience in the semiconductor industry, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position requires good proficiency in both German and English, and a willingness to travel internationally approximately 20-30% of the time, making it ideal for an experienced professional looking to leverage their expertise in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
