Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Human Resources department for a well-known organization characterized by professionalism, tradition, and strong internal cohesion. As the Head of HR, you will strategically advance the HR function, focusing heavily on digitalization and process automation. A core part of your role involves leading and developing the HR team, acting as the central point of contact for all employees, and advising executive management and leaders on personnel and labor law matters, including the L-GAV. You will oversee the full HR lifecycle, from strategic workforce planning and recruitment to actively managing payroll, social insurance, and year-end tasks. The ideal candidate possesses a structured, solution-oriented approach, strong IT affinity, and extensive experience in a senior HR function, coupled with fluent German and English skills. This hands-on role offers significant scope for initiative and the chance to actively shape the future of HR within a valued, team-oriented environment.

Required Skills

Education

Advanced qualification in Human Resources (minimum Federal HR Specialist Diploma) or a business administration degree with a specialization in HR

Experience

  • Several years of experience in a leading HR function
  • In-depth operational HR knowledge including administration, payroll, and social insurance
  • Professional experience consulting management on all personnel and labor law topics, including the L-GAV
