Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the technically correct and cost-optimized execution of new construction and modification projects within cement plants. As the key technical contact and consultant for the plants, you will be responsible for the independent planning and construction of electrical systems, including high, medium, and low voltage switchgear for energy supply. A core part of the job is managing procurement procedures for drive and automation technology, coordinating external contractors on-site, and overseeing projects from initial rough planning through to final commissioning. Candidates must possess a technical background in electrical engineering, multi-year professional experience in project management and tendering processes, and strong knowledge of drive technology (MCC), automation, and energy supply planning. Fluent German and good English skills are mandatory, along with a willingness to travel (20-50%).
