Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Laboratory Expert to support the scientific development, implementation, and continuous optimization of modern analysis and testing methods within a strictly regulated GMP environment. As a key member of interdisciplinary project teams, you will actively contribute to the technological advancement of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and associated manufacturing processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently planning and executing complex experiments, interpreting scientific results, conducting precise measurements for the design verification and characterization of combination products, and ensuring all documentation is compliant with regulatory standards. To qualify, you must possess a Master’s degree in a relevant natural science, engineering, or pharmaceutical discipline, coupled with proven professional experience in developing combination products, medical devices, or pharmaceutical packaging, preferably within a GMP framework. Excellent communication skills and fluency in both German and English are essential for effective cross-functional collaboration in this challenging position.
