Job Summary

This role places you at the intersection of science and technology, acting as a central member of an interdisciplinary project team focused on developing cutting-edge technologies for In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD), guiding products from initial concept to market readiness. Day-to-day responsibilities include technical coordination across engineering, software, and scientific disciplines, planning customer workshops, preparing project milestones, and bridging customer requirements with technological capabilities. Leveraging your scientific and technical expertise, you will work hands-on with prototypes and series devices, developing efficient test procedures, and troubleshooting complex technical challenges involving mechanics, optics, electronics, sensorics, thermodynamics, and liquid handling. This unique position requires a degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering, strong organizational skills, and fluent communication in both German and English, offering the chance to continuously grow within a supportive environment focused on future-oriented technology development.
