Job Summary

This pivotal role as the Head of ERP Systems involves taking strategic ownership of the company's Infor M3 landscape, leading a team of Functional Consultants, and driving digital efficiency across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the architecture and strategic roadmap for the ERP system, ensuring its long-term adaptability and high configurability. Day-to-day, this involves advising C-Level executives on strategic ERP alignment, acting as a key enabler for specialist departments, and actively managing the transition of the current Infor project into stable operational use. You will build and lead the dedicated Infor team and contribute expertise to the selection of complementary systems. This position requires a strong background in Business Informatics, significant experience in ERP strategic development and integration, and proven leadership capabilities, coupled with fluency in both German and English.
