Job Summary
This role involves ensuring sustainable quality assurance within an international industrial company located south of Munich. The Metrology Technician will primarily utilize 3D coordinate measuring machines to define measurement strategies, evaluate testing equipment, and plan and create measurement sequences. A core part of the job includes analyzing measurement protocols, identifying geometrical deviations, and meticulously documenting data. The successful candidate will also conduct capability studies for machines and processes (cp, cpk values) and maintain test plans and procedural instructions within the CAQ system. Key qualifications include a completed technical vocational education, several years of experience in measurement and testing technology, excellent knowledge of optical or tactile measuring systems, and familiarity with quality management standards like ISO 9001 ff. Proficiency in Zeiss Calypso software and good command of German and English are essential for this permanent position.
