Job Summary
As an IT Help Desk Agent, you will be a crucial part of OMEXOM's growing expert team, ensuring the smooth operation of their Office IT. Your daily tasks will involve providing first and second-level support for internal colleagues, resolving IT issues related to MS Windows Servers, clients, and mobile devices (Apple iOS, Google Android). You will manage user and device setup for new employees, assist users with hardware and software, and meticulously document all support requests and system changes within Jira and Confluence. This role is ideal for a service-oriented individual with a strong problem-solving mindset, eager to engage with new IT technologies and contribute to a reliable IT infrastructure, with a future focus on cloud migration.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT-related vocational training, e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience with ticket systems like Atlassian Jira
- Initial knowledge in server administration and networking
- Experience in operating MS Windows Servers is beneficial
- Experience in IT support or help desk is beneficial
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B (or Class 3) driver's license required.
